Lip Lab, under LVMH's Kendo Brands umbrella, is a unique in-store experience where users are guided through the process of creating their own lipstick color.
Through a one-of-a-kind session with a color expert, anyone can create, experiment, and express themselves with a color that is literally all their own. The site needs to explain this unique service and drive bookings at one of their 10 stores nationwide.

Defining a New Style Guide
Our project coincided with the birth of a new logo. We brought motion into our style guide, pairing it with a mix of typography and photography that we believe expresses the creative spirit behind the brand.
Driving In-Store Visits
As we inspire customers to book appointments, we designed UX improvements on 3rd party apps, while also applying consistent branding across the entire booking flow, including the store-managed POS experience.
Storytelling within the Shopping Experience
Although driving store-visits was our primary metric, a core collection of lipstick colors are available to purchase on the site. We designed and built an immersive product listing page, followed by a product detail page that continues the storytelling behind the creator of each shade.
