SUMMARY OF ROLE

Tomorrow is looking for an experienced eCommerce analytics professional to work directly with our enterprise brands and retailers. Priority given to candidates with previous experience working with the Google technology stack. This person will organize, analyze and visualize your customer’s data to activate high value, high impact marketing and business decisions. You will regularly compose and present data stories to your customer’s leadership team of their wins, risks, and opportunities. You are someone with a strong working knowledge of a variety of digital analytics tools and best practices, strong written and presentation skills, business acumen, an inherent curiosity and desire to know the truth, and strong time management skills. What makes you competitive is your eCommerce expertise, including an understanding of analytics implementation and tag management solutions like Google Tag Manager.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Customer Analytics and Insights Reporting (40%)

Important role in quarterly growth council meetings with Clients to provide value added insights back that will help inform our customer's eCommerce roadmaps.

Google Tag Manager and Analytics Set-up and Optimization (30%)

Act as a domain expert in both the implementation and optimization of the google suite of products including google analytics, and google tag manager.

Innovation (20%)

Stay on the leading edge of eCommerce analytics, following great Brand implementation and use cases, bringing both best practices and innovative strategies to our brands analytics offerings.

Training (10%)

Train the broader teams on how to think about the data we are providing back, and eCommerce analytics on the whole, and making smart UX and technical decisions backed in data.

Act as a mentor to the UX and Customer Success teams as they expand their knowledge and understanding of eCommerce analytics.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

  • At least 3 years experience in the eCommerce analytics industry
  • Experience working directly with eCommerce brands
  • Professional Google Analytics experience
  • Google Analytics certification
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Familiarity with SQL (ability to read and write statements)
  • Professional experience using data visualization tools (Tableau, Data Studio, Domo, Looker, etc.)
  • Knowledge of tag management tools

PREFERRED SKILLS

  • Other analytics software experience a plus
  • Marketing/digital marketing experience
  • Consulting experience
  • Knowledge of account management practices and have a client service mindset to resolve issues
  • Ability to creatively solve problems
  • Desire and ability to learn new things in the world of data and marketing
  • Comfort with or interest in presenting and speaking in front of groups
